REALTOR®

Plano, Coppell, Grapevine, McKinney, Frisco, Little Elm, The Colony, Carrollton, Addison

Hello there! I always like to start a conversation with an icebreaker. My name is Eutimio T. Ortega. Trying to figure out how to pronounce my first name? Let me make it easier for you: just call me Timm with two M's — it's hard to forget that extra M! For the last 10 years, I've been on the mortgage side of real estate. I've worked as an accountant, served as a regional manager across 13 states, and handled recruiting. These roles have helped me grow both professionally and personally, teaching me how to collaborate effectively with all types of personalities to get the job done correctly and accurately. One of the hardest parts of buying a home is deciding who to trust when navigating complex or challenging scenarios. That's where I come in. My goal isn't to pick a house for you, but to listen to your wants and needs, streamline the process, and eliminate stress so you can make the best decision with confidence. In the words of Frank Sinatra — as a huge music lover — Come fly with me, let's fly away to your new dream home!
